By accessing this website, requesting a quote or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be posted here.
Services
A & J Custom Graphics & Signs provides digital marketing services including strategy, search engine optimisation, paid media management, content and social production, lifecycle marketing and analytics. Case studies and figures shown on this site describe past results for specific clients and are not a promise or guarantee of future performance.
Proposals and pricing
Proposals are valid for the period stated or, if no period is stated, for 30 days. Retainer fees cover strategy, execution and reporting only; advertising spend is billed directly by the platforms to the client. Listed prices exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Work may be paused where invoices remain unpaid. Any one-off project fees follow the deposit schedule set out in the proposal.
Delivery and timelines
Timelines depend on scope, client approvals and third-party platform review times. Estimated dates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. Delays caused by late feedback, missing access or platform policy reviews may shift delivery dates.
Term, cancellation and refunds
Engagements begin with an initial 90-day term and then continue month to month with 30 days' written notice from either party. Fees for work already delivered in the current billing period are non-refundable. Access to accounts, assets and reporting is handed back at the end of the engagement.
Intellectual property
Customer-provided artwork, logos and designs remain the property of the customer. You warrant that you have the right to use any materials you provide to us. We may reference completed campaigns in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A & J Custom Graphics & Signs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the provision of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
